Indications :

It is used for symptomatic gastroesophageal reflux and diabetic gastroparesis (diabetic gastric stasis). It is also used in prevention of nausea and vomiting associated with emetogenic cancer chemotheraphy or radiotherapy, postoperative paralytic ileus and facilitates intubation of small intestine for radiographic examination of upper gastrointestinal tract.
