Indications :

It is used as an anticoagulant-induced prothrombin deficiency caused by coumarin or indanedine derivates. It is also used as a hypoprothrombinemia due to antibacterial therapy and hypothrombinemia resulting from salicylate hypersensitivity, dancing firecracker (“watusi”), paracetamol toxicity.
